Cassidy Rangel is the creative heartbeat of Brew & Barre. With a lifelong passion for dance, music, and self-expression, Cassidy envisioned a space where great coffee fuels creativity and movement brings people together.
Her background in dance and the arts inspired the unique concept behind Brew & Barre, blending specialty coffee with a culture of rhythm, expression, and community. Cassidy plays a key role in shaping the brand’s vibe, customer experience, and creative direction, ensuring that every detail feels intentional and welcoming.
For Cassidy, Brew & Barre is about more than serving coffee, it’s about creating a space where people feel inspired, seen, and energized, whether they’re grabbing a latte or discovering something new.

Lonnie Rangel is a builder at heart, of businesses, systems, and opportunities. With years of experience in operations, customer service, and hands-on problem-solving, Lonnie brings structure, strategy, and a deep love for community into everything Brew & Barre does.
Driven by a passion to create something meaningful alongside his daughter, Lonnie helped launch Brew & Barre as more than a coffee trailer, it’s a place where connection, creativity, and culture meet. From designing and building the trailer to navigating permits, logistics, and long-term growth, Lonnie focuses on building a strong foundation that allows Brew & Barre to grow with intention.
